Work Conditioning is an individualized, transitional program designed to restore an injured worker’s function to facilitate a safe return to work. Work Conditioning is typically used to bridge your transition from injury, formal physical therapy and return to employment. Work Conditioning can be coordinated with light duty work or return to full duty.
STAR offers Work Conditioning at many of our clinics. STAR’s Work Conditioning goals include restoration of function through increasing strength, range of motion and endurance, improved posture and work tolerance, and safety education to reduce the risk of re-injury.
