STAR Physical Therapy has over 70 convenient clinic locations across Tennessee, Arkansas, and Missouri. We specialize in physical therapy, including treatment of neck, back, and upper/lower extremity conditions. We utilize manual therapy, progressive exercise prescription, and education to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. Our specialty services include sports medicine, industrial rehabilitation, occupational/hand therapy, and balance/vestibular therapy.
