Pediatric Physical Therapy

Many pediatric conditions can be treated successfully with physical therapy. At STAR, we see many children with the following diagnoses:

• Torticollis
• Gross motor developmental delay
• Heel cord shortening
• Scoliosis
• Low back pain
• A variety of orthopedic injuries, such as fractures, strains, sprains and ligamentous ruptures

Our goal is to return your child to unrestricted and pain-free “play” of sport or “play” in daily life activities.
A thorough home exercise program will be given upon discharge to ensure your child’s continued well-being. We look forward to returning your child to “PLAY!”
