Over the years, STAR has allowed me to elevate my position from an Outreach Athletic Trainer to a Program Director and now an Outreach Coordinator. STAR has allowed me to develop as a leader within the different parts of our company and in the local Athletic Training Outreach Community.
I believe you succeed in environments where you can make mistakes, grow, and develop. We all make mistakes, but when you are cared for by your co-workers, you grow stronger and develop. No person is more important than another in this company. Being on a first-name basis shows an even playing field regardless of position.
Family First is what I believe separates STAR Physical Therapy from any other company. It is not uncommon for the company partners to ask about my family by their name.
