STAR Physical Therapy was established in 1997 with one clinic and one mission: to serve. Today, we are blessed to serve in more than 70 clinic locations in communities throughout Tennessee, Arkansas, and Missouri. While we’ve grown, one thing that has not changed is our commitment to our patients, communities, and one another. We do this by providing industry-leading physical therapy services to those in need. And yet, our commitment goes far beyond helping people in our clinics.

Serving our communities remains a foundational pillar of STAR Physical Therapy. We offer sports medicine outreach programs through our athletic training services in nearly 40 high schools across Tennessee. We are committed to supporting local philanthropies and organizations including the American Cancer Society, Tiger Clinic at Tennessee State University, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Toys for Tots, Brightstone, Siloam Family Health Center, Mercy Children’s Clinic, and many other local community-based programs.
